Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full appointment fee.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next scheduled appointment, and the full session fee will still apply. Please plan to arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your treatment.
